Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup allulose
  • 1 cup monk fruit
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups quick oats

Instructions

Add milk, sugars, and butter to a sauce pan on medium heat. Once sugars and butter have melted add in cocoa. Whisk until cocoa has incorporated, then add peanut butter and powdered peanut butter. Whisk until combined and slightly thickened. Add in vanilla, stir, and add in oats. Incorporate oats, turn off heat, and stir a few times. Scoop out onto parchment paper and place in fridge until cooled.
