Salmon Patties

Golden crispy salmon patties just like Granny used to make simple, comforting, and packed with flavor.

Recipe for Salmon Patties

Salmon patties were a regular at the dinner table growing up especially when Granny made them. There’s something about the simplicity of canned salmon, onions, and a crispy golden crust that brings me right back to those comforting childhood meals. These patties are quick to make, budget-friendly, and endlessly satisfying. Whether served with a dollop of mayo, tarter sauce, or just on their own, they’re the kind of food that feels like home.
