Ingredients

  • 1 Cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1 Cup white flour
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry sourdough or regular yeast - Optional (buy it where you buy the yeast packets)
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add Greek yogurt to cottage cheese.
  3. Add in white flour, yeast, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Weight out into equal parts and shape into bagel shape.
  5. Apply egg wash and any seasonings you want.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
