Ingredients

For the coleslaw dressing:

  • 1/3 cup mayo 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider or white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

For the coleslaw salad:

  • Half head of Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot (Shredded)
  • 1 Diced Onion 

Alternatively use a coleslaw pre-made mix.

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayo, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sweetener, graphic powder, and pepper.
  2. Shred your cabbage into desired size.
  3. Add together cabbage, carrot, and onion.
  4. Pour over dressing and mix.
  5. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to develop better flavor.
